What Modular construction is?
It is a steel frame construction with builtin floor and ceiling elements. The modules can be used to build either a new facility or just to extend existing building - for example, an additional floor can be added. The new building can be up to five floors and various module sizes bring a luxury of individual solutions.
The frames of modules are sandblasted and sprayed with a high quality primer or galvanized parts can be used while the walls are made as a dry wall system. The floor consists of galvanized profile sheeting, specific insulation, vapour barrier, floor board and any top floor material to meet customer´s wishes.
Modules basic dimensions:
- Length: from 2,438 mm to 12,000 mm
- Width: from 2,438 mm to 3,900 mm
- Room heights: from 2,300 mm to 3,100 mm
Facades as well as ceilings can be made of galvanized steel panels, cement or wooden boards or other materials as per customer's requirements .... Simply, it always depends on your wishes.
